Account Supervisor – Boston, MA (hybrid)
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid In-Office Role, Monday and Friday Remote)
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Supervisor to join our team and lead multiple client accounts in a hybrid in-office and remote role based in Boston.
Responsibilities: As an Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the client relationships, ensuring that their marketing campaigns are executed effectively across various mediums including TV, radio, and digital. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients, and building strong relationships to understand their needs and goals.
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels to achieve client objectives and drive results.
- Collaborating with internal teams including creative, media, and production, to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and align with client expectations.
- Providing strategic guidance to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Overseeing the production process, coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to showcase results and suggest optimizations for future campaigns.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering professional growth and creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in account management within an advertising agency or related industry.
- Proven experience with TV, radio, and digital campaign management and execution.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Production experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
