Small and mighty located along the Mississippi in Tennessee and rich with cultural history and affordable cost of living, this agency is searching for an experienced Digital Strategy and Research Leader. With a strong emphasis on delivering results and fostering a culture of excellence, this agency is determined to transform the way businesses approach marketing.
This Digital Strategy and Research Lead will be in charge of conducting market research and developing the supporting marketing strategy for a unique agency optimization offering to the clients. As an integral part of your role, you will create customized B2B advertising approaches supported by thorough analysis and determine the projected return on investment that the agency can commit to delivering to their clients. This Strategy Lead will also be responsible for delivering research findings and strategies to the client. Your ability to effectively close a deal will be paramount in converting clients to a retainer. Your team's continued support of agency teams will ensure that performance metrics remain on track. In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your unique skills and expertise, while simultaneously making a significant impact on the organization's bottom line.
Job Requirements
Required skills and requirements:
- 7 + years expertise in generating B2B marketing strategies
- Track record of delivering compelling presentations and being integral in closing deals
- Mastery in market research best practices
- High proficiency in advanced Excel functions, like pivot tables
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
- Familiarity with managing Google Ads campaigns
- Comprehensive understanding of high-level SEO strategies
Strong Pluses:
- Hands-on experience in keyboard-based PPC
- Experience optimizing website conversion rates
