Job Summary:
As the Senior Manager of Website and Digital Marketing, you will be a vital member of our marketing team, responsible for driving our online presence and lead generation efforts. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy, optimizing our website, and leveraging various online channels to generate high-quality leads. This role offers a competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Website Optimization: Oversee the continuous improvement of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Content Management: Lead content creation and management efforts, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other multimedia content to engage and educate our target audience.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and personalized communications to nurture leads and customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, leveraging digital channels to attract and convert potential customers.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully driving lead generation and revenue growth in a digital marketing role, preferably within the home improvement or related industry.
- Strong experience with website optimization, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, PPC platforms, and email marketing software.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
