Ideal candidates will have experince across Programmatic, Paid Social and Search from the agency side, with the Programmatic and Paid Social a &ldquo;must&rdquo; have. This is a growth opportunity within an agency that represents a progressive office culture with many examples of internal promotions and progressive benefits, as well as a hybrid working schedule.</p>  <p class="x_MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>  <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>  <ul>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Lead strategy and execution across digital campaigns focused in paid social, paid search and programmatic, driving performance through strategic execution, optimization, and reporting.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Provide clear strategic direction to develop and implement plans and tactics that are continuously optimized to meet key business objectives and KPIs.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Lead and manage a growing team of digital channel specialists, fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented environment while offering consistent leadership and support.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Engage with clients to build strong, in-depth relationships, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives, with a focus on paid social. Present regularly to clients on campaign performance and strategy.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Manage the preparation and distribution of campaign performance reports, sharing insights with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Ensure that forecasting and budgeting for all channel activities are carefully managed and optimized for maximum efficiency.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Facilitate the development of standard methodologies to enhance operational processes within the team and agency.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Collaborate closely with other internal departments and account teams to design and execute fully integrated digital campaigns.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, diligence, and adherence to best practices throughout every stage of the campaign lifecycle.</li>  </ul>  <p class="x_MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>  <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Requirements</strong></p>  <ul>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">9-12++ years of relevant digital media investment experience inclusive of programmatic, paid social, paid search (hands on with programmatic and social a must)</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Extensive client-facing experience with a proven track record in relationship management.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Prior experience in managing and mentoring a team, including the ability to train and develop junior staff while acting as a coach and leader.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Proficiency in providing high-level insights and analysis across key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Deep knowledge of digital media platforms and their advertising capabilities.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and manage time effectively.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong written and verbal communication abilities.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Passionate about staying current with digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices within the evolving digital landscape.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Strategy and execution experience with The Trade Desk, Meta, Linkedin, etc.</li>  <li class="x_MsoNormal">Expertise in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word</li>  </ul>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p><strong>Compensation:&nbsp;$140,000 - 190,000</strong></p>  <p>#LI-BT1</p>]]></description>
