Independent, full-service advertising agency based in the Greater Nashville area is seeking a Brand Strategy Director to join to their team! This is a great opportunity to join an agency environment that values transparency, being upfront and honest in how they do business. Clients range from retail and finance to healthcare. Their ideal candidate will have 8+ years’ experience and a passion for writing strategic briefs and distilling research into actionable insights. This Strategy Director will offer strategic points of view and unexpected nuggets that lead to additional creative and business opportunities for the agency.

Job Requirements
Qualifications required to be considered for this role:
- 8+ years’ experience in creative strategy planning at an agency or brand consultancy
- Experience in retail, insurance and health care
- Experience translating data into actionable insights, recommendations and presentations
- Experience in a wide range of strategic tools (data/analytics, profile and research)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint required
