Title: PR Account Supervisor
Location: Chicago/hybrid
Salary: up to $80K

Responsibilities:
- Architect winning publicity, influencer, media relations, and content marketing campaigns for our diverse clientele.
- Masterfully manage PR programs, ensuring quality service, budget adherence, and timely execution.
- Stay ahead of the curve on communication trends and technologies to elevate campaign strategies.
- Cultivate strong media relationships across all channels, from national to local.
- Craft compelling narratives for various media outlets.
- Oversee campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and billing effectively.
- Proactively secure media coverage for clients.
- Champion and mentor your PR team colleagues.
- Navigate the ever-evolving media landscape with expertise.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative spirit to excel in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in executing traditional and modern PR campaigns.
- A keen understanding of client businesses and the impact of PR strategies.
- The ability to inspire and guide a team towards success with measurable outcomes.
- At least 5 years of experience in communications/PR, including managing direct reports.
- Travel flexibility is a plus.
- Hospitality industry experience is ideal, but not required.
