Title: Account Supervisor

Location: Minneapolis, MN (hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor with a background in the food and beverage industry to join our client. The successful candidate will have experience managing direct reports, working on traditional and digital campaigns, and developing strategy. They will be able to take ownership and manage assigned client brands and will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of account managers and coordinators to ensure successful execution of client campaigns and projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned client brands, taking into consideration traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, media, and production to ensure all campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage the production process, ensuring all work is completed within scope, on-time and within budget.
  • Provide guidance and support to the account team, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with the team and clients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an account management role, with a focus on food and beverage accounts.
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Experience developing and executing traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the production process and ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and manage assigned client brands.
