Ad Ops Analyst - New York, NY (hybrid)

 

Growing global media agency in NYC is seeking a talented Integrated Ad Ops Analyst with great communication skills and solid digital expertise join its team. Ad Ops, Trafficking, DCM, previous management experience required; Prisma and Media Ocean a plus but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the trafficking of digital media campaigns through CM360 to support smooth and successful launches.
  • Conduct proactive and thorough QA across tags, floodlights, campaigns, and advertiser configurations to ensure precision and reduce potential issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues including CM360 violations, publisher-related challenges, and inconsistencies in assets.
  • Work in partnership with clients and third-party agencies to confirm campaign setup and tracking are executed correctly.
  • Coordinate closely with account teams to deliver campaign materials and tags on schedule with little to no error.
  • Oversee daily campaign operations by monitoring live activity and responding to internal requests.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing performance reports, sharing insights that support ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables through consistent reporting and monitoring.
  • Support the upkeep and improvement of ad operations workflows, processes, and best practices.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 1-2 years of experience working in digital advertising, preferably within an agency-based ad operations role.
  • Practical, hands-on experience using Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, and Adobe tools.
  • Highly detail-focused and process-oriented, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborative team player with an eagerness to learn, contribute, and support shared goals.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

 

Salary: $65,000- 75,000
