Title – Supervisor, Paid Search & Social
Location: NYC/Remote
Salary: DOE 70K-95K
Our client is a performance-driven media agency that helps brands grow through smart, strategic media. They are seeking someone who is passionate about performance media and wants to help brands scale in a meaningful way as a Paid Search & Social Supervisor. This individual will lead paid search and paid social campaigns across a variety of clients and industries.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, has experience across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms, and enjoys mentoring junior team members while maintaining a sharp eye on performance and strategy.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development and execution of paid search and paid social strategies across multiple client accounts
- Align campaign goals, messaging, and creative with broader brand and media objectives
- Contribute to media planning, forecasting, and strategic testing initiatives
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Own campaign setup, daily management, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and additional biddable platforms
- Manage budget pacing, bidding strategies, and cross-channel performance tracking
- Stay current with platform updates and trends, and test emerging ad formats and features
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and optimize against performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CAC
- Analyze data to identify trends, develop insights, and guide optimization
- Build and deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients on a regular cadence
Team Leadership & Communication
- Manage and mentor a small team of planners or managers, providing day-to-day support and strategic direction
- Ensure quality, consistency, and performance across all accounts under your supervision
- Present campaign results and insights clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- A strong background in direct-to-consumer or conversion-focused media, with awareness campaign exposure a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and collaborate across teams
- Comfortable mentoring others and delivering clear, performance-focused feedback
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing settings
- Experience with retail media platforms preferred (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Instacart)
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Supermetrics
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications
