Location: NYC Hybrid (3 days/week in NYC office)
Salary: Depends on Experience. Up to $100K,
An award-winning B2B marketing agency is looking for a Senior Strategist to join its growing strategy team. This agency partners with a diverse portfolio of global clients across sectors like financial services, health tech, logistics, and education. They’re known for delivering smart, insight-driven campaigns that connect brand to demand, and this role sits at the center of that work.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead campaign strategy across multiple client accounts, balancing independent ownership with strategic guidance from senior leadership
- Build insight-driven strategic outputs like audience personas, messaging frameworks, buyer journeys, campaign positioning, and creative briefs
- Conduct and synthesize research using a mix of AI tools, desk research platforms, interviews, workshops, and market analysis
- Align creative and media planning to client objectives, ensuring consistent and effective messaging
- Present strategic thinking directly to clients and collaborate closely with account, creative, and media teams
- Support new business pitches and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in a strategic planning role within a B2B agency or similar setting
- Deep understanding of B2B audiences, long sales cycles, and complex buying committees
- Comfortable working across industries (tech, finance, healthcare, education, logistics, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate research into actionable strategy
- Experience (or comfort learning) with tools like Meltwater, Quid, and generative AI platforms
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and proactive approach
- Able to work independently while being a strong team player
- Comfortable presenting directly to clients and participating in high-level conversations
