Analytics Supervisor (hybrid)
New York, NY (hybrid)
We are seeking a Digital Media Analytics Supervisor with media agency experience to lead a growing Analytics team at a progressive and forward-thinking NYC media agency (hybrid- flexible days of your choice in office). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing analytics strategies to drive business growth, improving the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, and providing data-driven insights to inform key business decisions, while working closely with media team to assess the campaign’s technical measurement and data requirements (e.g., tagging, taxonomy, web analytics coding.)
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital analytics with experience analyzing data form DMPs and DSPs from within a media or advertising setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful analytics strategies
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross -functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Studio, Datorama, Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data manipulation languages.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
