Associate Director, Biddable Media (Paid Search/Paid Social)
Salary: DOE $115k-$130k
Our client, a fast growing, innovative, independent media agency in NYC is seeking an Associate Director, Biddable Media (Paid Search/Paid Social). They are seeking a paid media professional with a proven track record.
This role offers the chance to join a dynamic, mid-sized media agency at the forefront of data-driven solutions. You'll enjoy a roster of clients spanning banking, CPG, and e-commerce.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing paid search and social media accounts.
- Over 1 year in a leadership role supervising digital marketing professionals.
- Proficient in META Ads Manager and various paid search platforms.
- Strong foundation in paid search principles, with extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing diverse campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Well-versed in META’s Ads Manager and Business Suite, with up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities, including objectives, optimization goals, placements, and ad formats.
- Experience in creating campaigns with varied marketing goals such as awareness, consideration, lead generation, sales, and revenue across multiple platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using tools like GA4, Looker, and Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with additional video and social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, is highly desirable.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus.
Role:
- Develop and oversee account strategies, including forecasting, planning, and reporting for a diverse range of clients in sectors such as retail, eCommerce, finance, and pharmaceuticals, managing ad spends between $100k and $1M per month on biddable platforms.
- Act as the biddable media expert for both internal and external clients, sharing insights on industry trends and presenting innovative approaches to alpha and beta testing opportunities across various platforms.
- Establish a dynamic measurement strategy and testing schedule for each platform, evaluating different elements of the media strategy, such as buying methods, creative assets, and landing pages.
- Lead and mentor a team of biddable media managers and associates to ensure high-quality work and improved performance across the client portfolio.
- Utilize competitive analysis and market research tools to stay informed about market trends and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
- Engage directly in campaign execution and optimizations, providing support to the team to ensure timely delivery of account objectives.
- Analyze campaign data and other relevant factors to generate actionable insights and trends for key stakeholders, facilitating campaign enhancements.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and analytics, to share best practices for platform measurement and reporting and refine internal workflows.
