Job Description
Creative, award winning advertising agency in Greater Dallas area is currently looking for a Senior Paid Social Media professional, someone with proven experience in developing and executing paid social strategies, as well as a keen ability to expand enterprise accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with paid social associates and planners to not only achieve but also surpass clients' business goals. Moreover, you will be tasked with offering valuable suggestions to enhance your clients' businesses. Your responsibilities will include supporting career development, as well as refining, executing, and evaluating paid social strategies.
This is a hybrid in office position. Cannot consider fully remote employees at this time.
Job Requirements
Key qualifications to ensure success in the role:
- 5 years of experience in paid social media, preferably in an agency setting
- Experience developing social marketing strategies for both brand-building and direct response campaigns
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel
