Title: Associate Media Director

Location: NYC, Hybrid 1-2 days in office as needed

Salary: DOE, $120-$145K

Our client, a fast growing, innovative, independent media agency in NYC is seeking an Associate Media Director. They are seeking a data-driven media mastermind with a proven track record of growing accounts as well as lead a talented team of 3 and elevate client results.

This role offers the chance to join a dynamic, mid-sized media agency at the forefront of data-driven solutions. You'll spearhead client relationships for a roster spanning banking, CPG, and e-commerce. Beyond strategy and client management, you'll be a champion for optimization, ensuring campaigns achieve peak performance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Adept Strategist: You possess a strategic mind-set and can translate data insights into actionable media plans across various channels (linear TV, display, video, programmatic, SEM, etc.).
  • Client Whisperer: Building and maintaining strong client relationships is your forte. You understand client needs and manage expectations with a keen eye for detail.
  • Media Maestro: You're a media maven, fluent in the ever-evolving media landscape. From internet strategies to the latest marketing trends, you stay ahead of the curve.
  • Team Leader & Mentor: You inspire and guide your team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You're a clear communicator who empowers junior staff to excel.
  • Data Decoder & Optimizer: You possess a knack for translating data into actionable insights. You leverage analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and inform future strategies.

A Bachelor’s degree and a commensurate number of years’ experience in media planning are required for consideration.
