Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 1 day in office)
Salary: DOE $100-130K
Our media agency client is seeking a Biddable Supervisor/AMD.
The ideal candidate will have a strong paid search background. Would be nice if they also had paid social and retail media, but not required.
Will consider Biddable Supervisor level and AD level.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and execution of digital campaigns across paid search (paid social and retail media a plus), driving performance through optimization, strategic execution, and actionable reporting.
- Develop and implement clear, data-driven strategies that align with key business objectives and KPIs, continuously optimizing campaigns to deliver results.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of digital channel specialists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment focused on professional growth and innovation.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and marketing objectives, with a particular focus on paid social strategies. Regularly present campaign performance and strategic insights to clients.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of campaign performance reports, ensuring actionable insights are shared across internal teams for alignment and progress.
- Manage budget forecasting and allocation for all channel activities, ensuring efficiency and optimal use of resources.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve operational processes within the team and the agency.
- Collaborate with internal departments and account teams to create and execute fully integrated digital campaigns.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and adherence to industry best practices at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency or client environment.
- Proven client-facing experience with a track record of building and managing strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Expertise in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering high-level strategic insights.
- Deep understanding of digital media platforms and advertising capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
