Title : Biddable Media Manager

Location: NYC/Hybrid 1-2 days in office

Salary: $65-75K DOE

 Our NYC client, a leading Digital Media Agency is seeking a full-time PPC SEM / Biddable Media Manager with 3 years of experience to oversee and enhance digital media campaigns for clients in the Liquor, Healthcare, CPG, and Finance sectors. We are in search of an individual proficient in analyzing media campaign performance, providing strategic insights, and executing campaign optimizations. The ideal candidate should showcase meticulous attention to detail, possess excellent organizational skills, demonstrate proficiency in Excel, and grasp optimization through A/B testing.

This individual will serve as the primary internal contact for PPC SEM and other biddable platforms (Facebook, AdWords, Bing) campaigns with both the team and clients.


  • Conduct daily account management of pay-per-click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, and other biddable platforms for diverse clients.
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other vital account metrics.
  • Stay updated on search engine and PPC / biddable industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, highlighting critical areas in line with client goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in social media (Facebook) paid media management is a plus.
  • Demonstrate disciplined organizational skills in all job duties with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Job Requirements


  • Previous experience working with primary PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook).
  • Proficiency in website analysis using various analytics tools, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and platforms.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
