Global Product Manager - Healthcare

Salary: DOE  $120K-$150K

Our client, a leader in adhesives is seeking a seasoned strategic Global Product Manager to lead the growth of a key healthcare product portfolio. This is a dynamic role for a professional who can blend a deep understanding of the healthcare market with a passion for developing and launching new products. You will have full ownership of your product line's success, with direct responsibility for driving sales, managing profitability, and executing winning strategies.

What You'll Do

• Develop an in-depth understanding of various healthcare market segments to make strategic decisions on where the business will focus and compete.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs through direct interaction and market research to shape future product development.
• Create and articulate a clear value proposition that defines how we will win in our target markets.
• Drive new product launches by managing requirements, conducting return-on-investment analyses, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish project timelines.
• Execute a balanced marketing mix and manage a profitable pricing strategy through standardized models and custom quotations.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to market launch and beyond.
• Oversee the lead generation and lead validation process for target segments, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
• Align marketing communications, including digital marketing, trade shows, and other tools, with overall branding strategy.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field is required; a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
• Strong project leadership with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and competitive landscape.
• Excellent analytical and evaluative judgment skills, with the ability to navigate complicated and dynamic situations.
• Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills, with experience influencing and guiding both internal and external stakeholders.
• A collaborative, cross-functional mindset with a passion for teamwork.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Approx.  30%).
