Head of Growth, New Business
Location: Chicago, IL - HYBRID
Salary: $200,000 - $400,000
Role Overview:
As the Head of Growth, New Business, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive new business and expand market presence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to collaborate with new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for potential clients.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to new business development.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing and advertising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in new business development or sales within the media and advertising industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts in the marketing and advertising industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
