Media Supervisor

Are you a seasoned media strategist looking to make an impact at a growing agency? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Media Supervisor. In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, mentor junior team members, and deliver impactful campaigns that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a mentor and provide guidance and leadership to junior team members.
  • Act as the primary liaison for campaign execution, collaborating closely with account management and subject matter expert teams.
  • Manage, analyze, and review client-facing deliverables with attention to detail.
  • Guide media strategists in developing effective strategies and plans.
  • Oversee the media investment and execution team briefing process.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and identify opportunities for growth in new markets.
  • Present proposals to internal and external stakeholders confidently and without oversight.
  • Lead campaign planning, optimization strategies, and performance tracking for key client relationships.
  • Oversee the creation of RFPs, final recommendations, and campaign measurement reports.
  • Develop and present results decks, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Delegate and supervise assignments and responsibilities suitable for junior team members.
  • Foster positive working relationships across departments, the organization, and with external partners.
  • Provide strategic consultation to clients, identifying tailored programs and services to address their needs.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in media strategy, planning, or related disciplines.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable providing thought leadership and strategic insights for both clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective in fast-paced environments, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
  • Self-motivated while excelling in collaborative team settings.
  • Resourceful problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
