Media Supervisor, NY, New York (hybrid)
Growing global media agency in NYC is seeking a talented Media Supervisor with solid digital planning expertise join its team. Candidates must have a solid foundation in and proven ability to manage day-to-day media planning, buying, and performance reporting. This position will be hybrid with 3 days on office, 2 at home- days of week your choice.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years media planning experience
- Knowledge of 360 cross-functional media inclusive of Digital media (including Search, Social, Video, Display), TV/OTT, OOH, and Audio experience
- Support Manager in the management of client briefing meetings with key stakeholders (CMO, head of Marketing, Head of Product Distribution, etc.)
- Provide oversight on campaign performance reports and collaboratively share results across teams to ensure constant program evolution
- Develop team member frameworks to ensure each is meeting milestones for continued growth
- Lead and manage client briefing meetings with key stakeholders
- Provide oversight and consultation to team members in constructing compelling, and strategically grounded, POVs that provide thoughtful insights to help guide and inform planning decisions
- Dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, excellent attendance
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and set priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills
- Adept in tools including Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, MOAT/IAS, Google Data Studio, Prisma, Spectra
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must
Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000
