Small, growing independent media strategy, activation and analytics agency is seeking a smart, hungry new business sales professional to join their team. In this role, the New Business Development Manager will target mid-market advertisers and help them grow their business through effective and efficient ad campaigns. Seeking an agency new business professional that is great at engaging senior executives and building relationships. If you are driven and a New Biz pro, this is an opportunity to earn great money as plans are leveraged with no cap on commission and you will be set up for success on day with, as this agency will provide the resources and support to help you grow. In this role will consult across all paid media platforms (traditional and digital), there's no shortage of services to offer.

Minimum of 3+ years of new business sales experience within an agency environment targeting clients directly
Quick learner and quick on feet
Comfortable making cold calls and reaching target goals via outreach to prospects using targeted email, social platforms and cold calling strategies.
Passion for networking at conferences, events, seminars
