Leading digital marketing agency in North Suburbs of Chicago seeking a Paid Social Supervisor, with a strength in Meta Ads. This agency has extensive expertise in advertising on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Amazon and offers a range of marketing solutions tailored for the automotive industry to help dealers to build brand awareness, engage with customers, and generate leads.
The Paid Social Supervisor will oversee client accounts and be hands on in campaign management and mentoring of a team, while also being integral in introducing innovation and process enhancements to senior management. Key responsibilities will be driving traffic to dealers’ websites through engaging paid social campaigns, counseling them on the most effective paid social budget and strategy to convert shoppers into buyers, monitoring KPIs of all paid social campaigns to ensure client goals are met, leading the team to guarantee clear and professional internal and external communication, as well as training and mentoring the team on new features, tracking challenges, and how to effectively support clients campaign needs.
**Cannot consider fully remote candidates at this time. This is a hybrid in-office position, 2 days as week, in Near North Suburbs of Chicago**
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following skills/qualifications:
- 4+ years’ experience required at a media or digital agency
- 3 years of experience in Paid Social, specifically META/Facebook Ads required.
- Minimum of 1 year managing direct reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint/Word/Excel)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok ad platforms a plus
