Job Description
International designer and manufacturer of durable home goods seeking a Customer Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leader in their category and serve as a critical partner to their sales organization. We are looking for Shopper/Customer Retail Marketing professionals. The Customer Retail Marketing Managers represent the organization in a designated region and will be integral in helping their retail partners to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for their portfolio of products. You will also be responsible for leveraging shopper, customer and category insights to develop solution-selling strategies, as well as managing retail marketing-related external agency and vendor relationships. 30% travel required in designated region.
***Remote flexibility for candidates based in regions they will manage in North/Northeastern US.**
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications to be successful in this position:
- 5+ years of brand marketing, specifically customer retail marketing or shopper marketing activation experience required, preferably in CPG, beverage, home durable goods.
- Past experience creating and executing customer retail specific marketing activation plans (digital & in-store)
- An outgoing communicator passionate about building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree/MBA a plus
